All items are final sale.

We will offer a refund for items that are defective or do not stand up to our product description. We will not offer refunds due to customer error - for example not realizing shipping costs, not reading local delivery options, etc.

Returns & refunds will not be offered for items that do not fit as expected - sizing is determined by the company/manufacturer. 

We spend a lot of time making sure our items are free of stains & that we note all wear. We are human though & do make mistakes - if an item does not match our description or we have missed any wear please notify us within a timely manner so we can resolve the problem!
